We are so fortunate to have the opportunity to have our GIG Executive Director and nationally know dietitian, Cynthia Kupper, travel all the way from the state of Washington to be our guest speaker. She will be following a question and answer format to assist you in having a better understanding of gluten intolerance and share the American Dietetic Association’s guidelines on the gluten-free diet.

We will also have numerous gluten-free vendors available for your shopping convenience. You can shop at 6:30 p.m. or after the program. In addition, we offer a reference and cookbook library for your use in borrowing books and gluten-free refreshments.

Please register for this program by Friday, October 22, to assist our vendors and to assure set up and refreshments are sufficient.
