Kinni-Kwik Bread
adapted from package label

3 cups KinniKinnick Kinni-Kwik Bread and Bun Mix 
2 tsp dry active yeast 
1 1/2 cups water 
1 Tbsp oil 

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F. 
  2. Combine Kinni-Kwik Bread and Bun Mix with yeast in a mixing bowl. 
  3. Add water and oil to mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer at high speed for 3 minutes. Scoop dough into an oil sprayed 8 inch x 4 inch bread pan. 
  4. Let dough rest on top of warm oven for 15 minutes, covered with a towel. 
  5. Bake for 50 minutes. Do not under bake. (For a lighter crust, you may set a piece of foil over the top of the loaf during last half of baking time.) 
Raisin-Cinnamon Bread:  Mix 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 2/3 cup raisins into the dough before baking.
