Salad

3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 1/2 cups red seedless grapes, halved
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Combine mayonnaise, ginger and salt.

Stir in chicken, grapes, celery, onions and walnuts.

Cover and chill.
Makes 7 cups. |
