2 cups beef bouillon broth
3 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp butter (or drippings)
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper
- In a small saucepan heat mix cold broth and cornstarch with a wire whisk.
- Add butter, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until thickened, stirring frequently.
Makes 2 cups. |
