If the restaurant has a gluten free menu, always ask for one even if you know what you want to order - menus change.

Even if there is not a GF menu, most restaurants are more than happy to to help you make gluten free choices.

Use restaurant cards, call ahead and talk with the manager and/or chef, go at off peak times.

Always remember, eating out is risky! Cross contamintion can still occur even if there is a gluten free menu.
